The room was good, but I wasn´t aware that the brand offers housekeeping service every other day, not daily. However they were kind enough to provide it on our request, with no extra charge. Paula, at front desk upon our arrival was very helpful and sweet.

Room was amazing as always.it was comfortable i had the king size room i love how clean it is the staff is also very attentive and helpful i only see one person most of the time forgot his name but hes funny and nice makes you want to keep coming bck

Can do much better
I had to change room 3 times and it was from the TV phone smell in rooms like it wasn't a good stay at all but staff was great in trying to accommodate us
