The refrigerator in the room did not work, the floor close to the air-conditioning unit and window was wet, and the television had a blue color to the screen, making it pretty much unwatchable.
The front desk staff was probably the best par. They were quite friendly and very accommodating.

The staff (front desk) one of the employee when I was ready to check out, she told me, just left the keys and go. She was far away from the from desk a couple of minutes. I needed to afk her if she can give me a prove of payment, or check out, she said: No. She was not professional at all!
