出差路过入住了2晚,酒店位置和环境还可以。在携程上全款预订的,入住时还是被酒店又扣了一次全款,找携程沟通很快携程退了预订款,给携程的服务👍
工作人员很友善,也很乐于助人;但我们的房间没有打扫干净。浴室地板上有垃圾和头发,沙发旁边有很多食物碎屑,冰箱冷冻室也很脏,显然是上一位客人留下的。
虽然离高速公路很近,但噪音不算太大。工作人员非常优秀,能及时满足您的任何需求。抵达时房间非常干净,泳池区域也很干净。总的来说,入住体验很棒。
工作人员非常友好,乐于助人!希望泳池能加热,但除此之外,酒店的一切都很棒!酒店外观非常破败。这绝不是酒店的错,只是没有达到最大的吸引力而已。
驱虫剂发出难闻的气味/恶臭
没法过夜……一些刺激性化学物质的气味太难闻了。环境非常糟糕——淋浴浴缸剥落,墙壁有些地方的墙面漆脱落了。床罩又霉又粘……即使免费,我也不会预订这里。
浴室地板湿漉漉的
淋浴间是为残疾人准备的,水漏得浴室地板上到处都是。房间本身很不错。我不推荐残疾人专用房间。我们不需要。
房间很干净。马桶座圈快要掉下来了。水槽龙头拧不紧,晃来晃去。淋浴间的地板很滑。前台人员很友好,信息丰富。
