The airport shuttle service was the WORSE service we ever experienced. Our flight arrived at 10:30 pm. We called the hotel as instructed and were told where to wait. The shuttle never showed up and several other hotel shuttles had made other trips. I called back. Then, the shuttle shows up empty allows 4 other people on and refuses to let us on and yells at us saying he has other people to pick up. When he finally came back for us it was after 1:00 AM. The desk staff was kind and gave us a breakfast voucher. The room is remodeled but the blanket was dirty and we killed a roach in the room.

I would have gone five stars but for the guests down the hall who insisted on blasting loud music late at night and slamming doors constantly. Took two calls to security to get it resolved finally.

Horrible
They put us in a room for disabled people. The bathroom was dirty, full of hair everywhere. When we showered, the room and bathroom filled with water. The water wouldn't go down the drain and spread throughout the bathroom and bedroom. We put towels on the door to prevent the water from flowing into the room. We asked for it to be cleaned three times. I had to go down to reception and complain about having it cleaned, but only then was the bathroom cleaned. They gave me extra towels to catch the water.I explained that I was a Hilton Honor member and asked to change rooms, but they said that since I booked with you, Hilton Honor didn't count.

房间新装修,干净整洁,空调运行良好,配有遮光窗帘,停车场光线充足。周边有商店和餐厅。我一定会再次入住这里,强烈推荐。
这家酒店多收了我钱,至今没有收到解释收费原因的电子邮件。枕套很脏,毛巾上有些地方还有黑点,以后不会再住了😡
地理位置非常便利。入住和退房都很便捷。工作人员非常友好热情。中午退房时间一直是我的最爱。
