I was very tired coming off a 13 hour drive, my back was hurting, I used the hot tub, only to be scolded for being in there a few minutes after 11. When will guests be treated like adults?

The service was terrible. The customer service was awful the whole time I would have been better sleeping in my car. Deposits were communicated about ahead of time. I went to buy bottle of water and the two capable people at the front register watched me wait and told me to go to the bar and wait I wasn’t assisted so I left and she said I thought you wanted water. I wanted to have a good experience a relaxing experience on my only day off but I was met with ma inconveniences and attitude. Worst stay ever. Waste of money

Have stayed here several times when in the area for business. Always clean, a good nights sleep, and always felt safe. Have never had any issues.

This was a last minute stay on a road trip. We were very happy with this hotel. The price was reasonable, it was clean and had good amenities.

Excellent service, comfortable spacious room and bathroom and extremely clean. We most certainly enjoyed our stay. Will definitely book again in the future!

The property was conveniently located . The lobby was very nice as well as the staff. The room was a bit dark and the USB chargers were not working. But overall the stay was great. I would stay there again

We took the shuttle and it was quick and easy. The room was a welcome slice of heaven after our travel.
