The hotel was very clean. The staff was very friendly and professional! I had a handicap placard and all the spaces on my last evening was taken by non handicapped cars plates or placards. The internet steaming in terrible. Going in and out missing important parts of news or shows. Not all cell phone plugs worked in our room.

I arrived at this hotel from UK which has closed in December and i have not been notified. I am stranded in the middle of nowhere with a disabled child i do not know the area and do not have a hotel and raining outside. No phone number No way to call. Discussing experience don't come holiday Inn should be ashamed
