The room, and the towels was dirty. The refrigerator didn't work, but the maintenance man was getting ready to go home but he can and changed it out. We were very grateful to him, and he did his job with a smile. No one came to clean the room, and we had to call for clean towels and was clothes that night when we got back at 10pm. I have always enjoyed coming to the Embassy Suite, but has changed for the worst, but it still has good food.

It was a lovely stay. Just had an issue with the shower. Water was all over the bathroom floor after showers but workable.

Planned to stay for 2 nights. Cancelled second night. Hotel is beautiful in the lobby. They charge 10/ni for parking when you’re a guest. Don’t leave or you’ll have hard time finding parking when you get back. Cancelled second night because on night 1 we moved to 3 rooms. First room no heat on a 49 degree night, second room smelled something aweful, third room at least heated to a point and was 11pm by this point so just stuck it out. Was told old hvac ran on boiler and some rooms weren’t working. They were going to try to move us to another room the next night but we said just cancel and went back home. Not what I consider Hilton standards. Everyone is professional though and did authorize the cancelled nights refund. I personally won’t stay here again.

酒店很漂亮,我们在这里住了一晚。早餐很棒,有现做的煎蛋卷。泳池和水疗区干净又舒适。唯一的缺点是房间里的暖气坏了。
位置很好,很方便,离所有地方都很近。床很旧,床垫很硬,睡起来声音很大,这和我平时住的大使套房不一样。
酒店很漂亮,服务和清洁都无可挑剔,泳池景观也很美很惬意,让人心生宁静。餐厅的食物很美味,自助早餐种类也很丰富。虽然价格有点高,但我觉得物有所值,因为一切都考虑得很周到。酒店位于市中心,离火车站也只有4分钟路程,完全符合我的预期。
