房间里到处都是头发。枕头底下有头发，地板上有头发，淋浴间里有头发，毯子里也有头发。不是那种细小的绒毛，而是又长又黑的头发。瓷砖地板踩上去黏糊糊的，鞋印清晰可见。不管用的是什么清洁剂，效果都不太好。
泳池里到处都是鹅粪，泳池区没有干净的毛巾，前台服务态度极其恶劣，房间里好几个插座都不能用。总之，非常脏。
我住的卧室离一台机器、锅炉或其他什么东西很近，每隔一两个小时房间就会隆隆作响，我根本睡不着。
他们只是对我说了声抱歉。
早餐实在令人失望。
The whole facility was clean and very new. Staff was friendly. Wish we could have stayed longer, but in and gone!
The breakfast bar was excellent as always,the staff was very friendly and courteous and everything was clean.
The room was clean and comfortable and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
We were pleased with the room, breakfast and all over quality of the hotel. We would stay there again.
