The tv was not working upon check in. There was no HDMI cable connecting the cable box to the TV. The outlet in the bathroom wasn't working. The GFI kept tripping if you plugged anything in it...even the nightlight that the hotel had caused the GFI to trip. The breakfast was late opening on Saturday by ten minutes and the staff working the breakfast were rude and unapologetic about it being late.

I was charged $75 for my chihuahua to stay and on the app it clearly says a 1-4 day stay moma charge of $50 will be imposed. I went down and inquired about the price difference I was told”I don’t know about what that app says but our fee is $75! My chihuahua is an ESA and I actually shouldn’t have even been charged. But the attitude from the front desk clerk was not appreciated.

The staff was very nice and the room was very clean.
We did complain about the pool. The pool area wasn't clean and the swimming pool itself was dirty on the bottom. We mentioned that the first night and then again the second night - nothing was addressed regarding the pool. The decaying leaves had been picked up though.
The lighting in the bathroom was more like a night light. Couldn't shave or put makeup on there. We were told that lighted mirrors were available at the front desk, which indicated Hilton was aware of this problem.

Property is very clean but showing some usage strains. Lots of restaurants and shopping within short driving distance. Room was quiet and clean. Pillows were almost too soft. Would prefer something a little to the medium firm side.

I had reservation but was not on system. ******* called to give new confirmation number. They did not want to acept it.That If iwanted to stay I had to go through them wich was very expensive. Receptionist was very rude. I had to leave it was late and had ******* help ne with reserving somewhere else. I was in a place i dud not not know

The service rep let us know they would call us back with an updated card, which we never recieved. We understand how difficult it can be when dealing with third-party booking platforms, and we truly regret the inconvenience this caused you. Our staff offered the lowest available rate at the time as a solution, since we were unable to secure updated payment details from ******* directly.We appreciate you bringing this matter to our attention, and we hope this explanation helps provide some clarity. 最差劲的员工!这家酒店看起来还不错,直到你遇到员工。我这辈子都没受过这么粗鲁的对待。千万别付早餐钱!我们好不容易等到一天早餐,结果只有三个鸡蛋,看起来像汤一样。其他几天,他们说没东西吃了(我们等了45分钟)。房间里的洗漱用品空空如也。你问能不能补充,根本没人理你。我第六次打电话和亲自去问的时候,前台居然冲我吼:“你要是想要,自己去前台拿!”。那天我已经去过前台两次了。说真的,这是我遇到过最没礼貌的员工。根本不值得。还是住个至少还有点服务意识的酒店吧!
