The staff was very nice and the room was very clean.
We did complain about the pool. The pool area wasn't clean and the swimming pool itself was dirty on the bottom. We mentioned that the first night and then again the second night - nothing was addressed regarding the pool. The decaying leaves had been picked up though.
The lighting in the bathroom was more like a night light. Couldn't shave or put makeup on there. We were told that lighted mirrors were available at the front desk, which indicated Hilton was aware of this problem.

Property is very clean but showing some usage strains. Lots of restaurants and shopping within short driving distance. Room was quiet and clean. Pillows were almost too soft. Would prefer something a little to the medium firm side.

I had reservation but was not on system. ******* called to give new confirmation number. They did not want to acept it.That If iwanted to stay I had to go through them wich was very expensive. Receptionist was very rude. I had to leave it was late and had ******* help ne with reserving somewhere else. I was in a place i dud not not know

As a result, the reservation remained in our system as a "no-show" with no valid form of payment. This still did not resolve the issue with the declined payment. The service rep let us know they would call us back with an updated card, which we never recieved. We understand how difficult it can be when dealing with third-party booking platforms, and we truly regret the inconvenience this caused you. Our staff offered the lowest available rate at the time as a solution, since we were unable to secure updated payment details from ******* directly.We appreciate you bringing this matter to our attention, and we hope this explanation helps provide some clarity. Please know that your feedback has been taken seriously, and we will continue to work on improving communication with third-party partners to prevent situations like this in the future.

A beautiful quiet and relaxing place
The Hotel was beautiful the service was great but the garbage was overflowing and all the ice machines were broken and one of the stalls in the bathroom was broken.
Overall it was nice and will certainly come back because of the service.

Rooms are clean, the lighting in the bathrooms are dim, this place does have roaches. The in-house bar needs a bartender, he don’t know the difference between bourbon and vodka, like it’s his first day being around alcohol, nothing is close by within walking distance for eating or shopping, you have to drive to get anything since this place is hidden in the woods a mile and a half. EV charging is for other EVs other that a Tesla so make sure you have an adaptor and they charge .50 an hour and it’s a very slow charger

Great staff, smelly room
The staff were wonderful and everything else was just fine except that our room smelled strangely of cat pee. I kid you not. I informed the desk and they said they’d make a note of it. We didn’t notice the smell anywhere else but our room and the carpet was wet as though they’d just given it a rather vigorous bath. Again, nice hotel and great staff but the room odor was pretty bad. Even if you like cats, that’s not something you want in life. Just saying.

最差劲的员工!这家酒店看起来还不错,直到你遇到员工。我这辈子都没受过这么粗鲁的对待。千万别付早餐钱!我们好不容易等到一天早餐,结果只有三个鸡蛋,看起来像汤一样。其他几天,他们说没东西吃了(我们等了45分钟)。房间里的洗漱用品空空如也。你问能不能补充,根本没人理你。我第六次打电话和亲自去问的时候,前台居然冲我吼:“你要是想要,自己去前台拿!”。那天我已经去过前台两次了。说真的,这是我遇到过最没礼貌的员工。根本不值得。还是住个至少还有点服务意识的酒店吧!
