The staff was amazing. I have no complaints with the staff. My issue was the condition of the rooms. The first room was not even cleaned and the beds were not made. It looked like someone just checked out. The rooms smelled, had bugs and a lot of water damage. This hotel looks nothing like the pictures. I immediately checked out and went to another hotel! I stay at a lot of Baymount hotels. This was not one of them. I cannot describe how bad this hotel was.

Non-smoking room stunk like an ash tray. No soap in the room. Blood stain on one towel. Door lock looked like it had recently been kicked in. Coffee maker hadn’t been cleaned—someone had poured already-brewed coffee into the water tank and it had been sitting there for who knows how long.

The sheets and towel sets need to be replaced with newer ones. The bathtub and bathroom sink were not clean. In addition, the air conditioner was on the lowest setting but it was not working properly so it was VERY humid in the room.

Room was very dingy! From rust & black stains in the tub, to smudges and handprints on the walls. Stains on the chair, the bench and throw in the bed. Literally floor to ceiling stains!
还可以吧，酒店老了点，总体还不错！
酒店位置还行，但入住时的服务真是奇怪。明明写着押金50美元，结果却要我交50美元信用卡担保或者100美元现金押金。整个入住流程的沟通方式都让人觉得很奇怪。
早餐选择很多，前台员工也特别棒。
一切都好，感谢上帝。
