Bad experiences, bugs. Ask for room to be cleaned when left. Came back room still same way. Short staffed.

Not good at all
There was hair all in the bathroom floor. Empty toilet paper holder. No towels or wash cloths. When we asked the front desk for towels several hours after checking in, they told us all the towels were still being washed. This was a 2 night stay and they brought us 2 towels later on that night and zero wash cloths. The free shampoo was used and almost empty. The neighborhood was very sketchy. The whole place smelled of ****. Will not be back

Been using this hotel for years and never a problem, but one bad seed with a big ego has made it the hotel i will never use again.

We would like a refund for the few hours befor getting out of the filthy room and smelling with roaches, we were not happy to be told we could not get a recipe for the bill because going to you first.

My stay was great the young guy at desk was awesome not only did i lock my key in my room once ,i did it 5 seperste times like back to back and then the next day did 3 timrs he was a great employee with a great attitudeand had alot of patience with me he definitely needs a raise in pay
还可以吧，酒店老了点，总体还不错！
酒店位置还行，但入住时的服务真是奇怪。明明写着押金50美元，结果却要我交50美元信用卡担保或者100美元现金押金。整个入住流程的沟通方式都让人觉得很奇怪。
早餐选择很多，前台员工也特别棒。
一切都好，感谢上帝。
