酒店回复: I apologize for the less than stellar stay. We appreciate your feedback and will bring it to housekeeping's attention. The night auditor has many responsibilities that take them away from desk. I will also have maintenance look to make sure the doorbell is working. We strive to make our guest's stay amazing, and we fell short.

Stay for pool!
Room was nice - could have been cleaned a little better in bathroom, but it was fine. We had 4 in room and only had 3 bath towels. Also only 2 washcloths. Pool was beautiful and big. Hot tub was great! Staff was very busy but helped us check in quickly and passed on property info seamlessly. Coffee in room and nice size fridge.

I was in room 615. The elevator motors are in the ceiling and the elevator is behind the closet. It was the noisiest room I’ve ever stayed in. When I complained in the morning they said that they save that room for last. They should have said something before giving me the room. I’ll never stay there again.

We booked a suite with a bedroom because we were traveling with kids. The kitchenette was fine ands nice that it had a full size fridge and freezer but the doors to the bedroom were glass, so that pretty much defeated the purpose of having the separate bedroom since we couldn’t have the light on in the other room.

This was one of the best places I have ever stayed in. Staff were extremely friendly. The breakfast was well worth the price and the staff served you your drinks the soon as you walked in. Cleared the tables while dining, refilled drinks, fresh fruit. The pool & hot tub were absolutely amazing. Big, beautiful and relaxing. Nice big splash area with only 9 inches of water for toddlers. Best pool I have ever seen for a hotel. Pebblestone edging around the pool/hot tub area. Very nice.

The staff was great. The morning breakfast selection was fantastic. There was plenty of parking. The hotel was just a short commute from downtown Charleston.

If you're traveling with kids, especially young ones, they will love the pool. There's an area for babies and toddlers to splash, a larger area in the center, and a hot tub. Everyone professional and kind, and the free breakfast offers lots of options. Kids under 11 eat for free.

Hotel under renovations (Aug 2025)
The lobby area appears to be recently updated, but our room very much was not. Still, the room was clean and comfortable. We were traveling with a pet and the hotel was welcoming (with a waiver and $40 pet fee).
