None of the outlets on both sides of the bed are functional they are loose and cannot hold a plug

驱车十小时抵达酒店后，前台告知我们预订的房间状况很差，没有臭氧机，只提供一张床加一张小沙发床作为补偿。当我表示无法接受时，她竟然在午夜试图退款让我们另找酒店。我们当时以为酒店已经没有空房了。对酒店如此草率地对待客户非常不满。
********** 允许选择是否包含早餐。我们预订时选择了多付一些费用以包含早餐。结果第二天早上我们去吃早餐时发现，新老板已经决定让一家餐厅负责酒店的早餐。他们的菜单是按菜品收费的。所以，我们两个人的早餐付了两次钱。唉。
酒店不提供早餐，而且除非你加入会员，否则不提供网络，服务很差。很多四星级酒店都提供网络和早餐。虽然这家酒店离我们想去的地方很近，但我不知道我们是否还会再来。目前来看，房间还算干净，但是只提供一点点肥皂，也没有垃圾袋。
