Too cold
We had a difficult time with the air conditioning. It was very cold in our room and we didn’t understand how to raise the temperature.

Beautiful property. Clean, spacious room, comfortable bed. Staff were nice. Just too bad there is not much food options and only option was the breakfast for a fees.
Also felt it was very hard to find for someone from out of town

Bathroom sink drained very slowly. Hotel did not have available CPAP distilled water. Really should have that as quite a few folks need it. Who wants to go out to get it after a long drive or flight. Most give it to you but even if you had to pay a couple of bucks. Really missing the mark here.

驱车十小时抵达酒店后，前台告知我们预订的房间状况很差，没有臭氧机，只提供一张床加一张小沙发床作为补偿。当我表示无法接受时，她竟然在午夜试图退款让我们另找酒店。我们当时以为酒店已经没有空房了。对酒店如此草率地对待客户非常不满。
