No the room was fine it was first key cards were messed up i had to go to the desk 10 times to fix the card then had din er Friday night with family and the waitress was slow took to long some family had to leave then the food was horrible the Buffalo sauce was frzen they put cheese curds on my smash buger lastly u have not raken the money out of my account yet

I had requested the same room we stayed in the week before; I guess it wasn’t available, as we were assigned 315 instead of 322. Big difference! 322 was bigger, more updated with newer details: shower, shower mat was new, clean, not moldy.

The staff was amazing from beginning till the end ... the room was spotless and smelled very good and comfortable.. i would for sure recommend anyone to visit here

Stayed one night for a birthday bash in the ballroom. Food was great very clean and comfortable rooms.

We have stayed here in the past during the Apple Butter festival weekend, it’s always very nice. The location is great and it is always very clean and quiet.

Over charged me then wanted to argue with me even tho I had the proof of the double charge.

Have stayed there 4 years enroute home.Was given a voucher for 2 for breakfast which was made to order and excellent

My second stay here and the quality has waned a bit. Staff was friendly but seemed clueless about some policies and did not share basic info like checkout time, breakfast options, etc. There is a new bar and restaurant in the place since I last stayed so I was hopeful the food would be better (breakfast was awful previously), but room service breakfast was very lacking and I had to call three times to get the entire order. The room had not been properly cleaned before our arrival and there was food on the floor and used washcloths in the shower. We'll find another hotel next trip.
