My second stay here and the quality has waned a bit. Staff was friendly but seemed clueless about some policies and did not share basic info like checkout time, breakfast options, etc. There is a new bar and restaurant in the place since I last stayed so I was hopeful the food would be better (breakfast was awful previously), but room service breakfast was very lacking and I had to call three times to get the entire order. The room had not been properly cleaned before our arrival and there was food on the floor and used washcloths in the shower. We'll find another hotel next trip.

We purchased breakfast as part of our reservations but were unable to use due to fire alarm being activated and building being evacuated. Was disappointed that a refund of cost of breakfast added to reservations was not offered.

Overall the rooms are nice except there is an old musty smell, so the rooms could use aroma diffusers. The hallway rugs are dirty and looks like they don’t use professional rug cleaning. The breakfast is excellent and the staff are kind, especially the cafeteria staff.

This is an older property, but VERY clean and well maintained! The rooms are large, the beds comfortable and all linens fresh and clean. The pool is quite large and very clean. Whomever is managing this property is doing a fantastic job!

The HI did not have the booking and the girl at the desk did not care about anything but answering the phone to take reservations for the Sunday brunch. The customer service was aweful. No manager to talk to and and did not want to offer any help will never stay at a Holiday Inn.
