Our room had been given to someone else after I had already been charged on 10/18/2025 the desk attendant tried to say you only pay when you check in which was not true my card was charged when I booked…They did find us a room but it was a king and sofa bed after I paid for a double with a sofa bed for five people also we had driven 5 hrs after work to have to wait another hour for them to find us a room and I had never heard of 1st come 1st serve at a hotel just unacceptable I personally will not be back. Oh and I forgot the hotel smelled like raw sewage.

The staff were friendly and helpful. We needed additional towels and blankets and they came right away. However, the room was not as clean. The cups they have in the kitchen area were dirty, obviously used and not cleaned. The bathroom vent was dirty, the headboard of the beds were stained, so was the carpet which had red juice stain. The carpet on the main lobby when you first walk in was super dirty which is not a good impression. The hallway on the second floor had a bathroom smell. The pool and jacuzzi were clean, though. But, I will not return as the negatives outweighs the positive.

What's the staff of friendly?But there are issues with the polex access, and the front desk agent named Lily was incredibly rude.When I reported it. She didn't continued to be rude the entire time and completely unprofessional.

Family birthday trip

This day was excellent. Only thing I didn’t like was the breakfast that good and they should at least have some bacon in the breakfast rotation

This location was very convenient. The overall property was neat & clean. The room was very quiet. Bed was comfortable. The front desk staff was EXCELLENT and very helpful. The rooms were not very clean though. All of the kitchen utensils, glasses, etc. were dirty. There was not a dishcloth to clean them. The sofa had a stain on it. The bathroom door was dirty, the shower shelf was dirty. The cleaning staff did not clean our room on the second day of our stay as advertised. I had to request towels and washcloths.

The staff was great. Our room wasn't ready when we got there but they handled it professionally and upgraded our room at a discounted rate and gave us free parking.
