RELAXING stay!!
I was only there for one night, but the studio suite was BEAUTIFUL!! Lots of room, an almost full stocked kitchen(-ette), wonderful bathroom area, comfy bed. I'll be looking for this hotel when I stay in other cities.

Relaxing Stay
I had procedures at the Mayo Clinic on Thursday and Friday. The room was a much needed place to totally relax and rest. It was both comfortable and clean and spacious, too! We'll definitely stay here again next time.

My family and I stayed at the Residence Inn by Marriott and the location was great. The staff was very friendly and welcoming when we arrived and throughout our stay. My kids enjoyed the pool and the continental breakfast was good as well.

Charged me $500 for smoking when I don't smoke. Had a pot of tea on to boil and while waiting for it I fell asleep and the burning smell woke me up. When I got up realized automatically what happened the water evaporated and burnt the tea bags I called and they sent maintenance down to assist me in cleaning the smoke out of the room but to charge me $500 and to tell me smell like cigarettes in the room when they knew what it was is ridu

No sleep here
Right next to highway which was super loud and hard to sleep. People smoking right outside hotel all the time where we had to enter. Room smelled like fish or something cooked. Room had tons of lights that stayed on at night and made it hard to sleep and the blackout curtains are never blackout enough…what is the deal with hotels and their blackout curtains.

Decent location, clean but a few annoyances
Pros: Good location, really close to a big shopping center with lots of dining and shopping
Only 10 min from Mayo Clinic
Good price for the rooms
Clean and nice that that the rooms have small kitchenettes
Cons: $5 a day for parking, give me a break, it’s not like this place is in such a premium location that it warrants charging for parking
Also the ice machine was broken the entire week we were here and I was told to just go buy my own ice, not a huge deal but kind of annoying, breakfast was subpar
