It’s been great from the start. It is a block away from the downtown Helen Square. Nearby convenient store and other restaurants. Check in was really quick and easy. We were able to do a pit fire at night and roast marshmallows. I also appreciate that this outdoor area near the creek is fenced in. I love it.

Erica and the Staff were excellent. Breakfast was very good. Coffee and cookies amazing! Jacuzzi jets had mold in them — please clean thoroughly! No outlets in kitchen. Outlets in living room were hard to use. Kept popping out. CO detector went off first night at 3:00 am, repairman came and after three times it worked. However the next night it went off again! The Jacuzzi tub (also the shower) is a great idea but you should warn older folks because it’s very hard to get in and out of!!
Overall a very good experience. Beautiful town and convenient location 😊

I absolutely loved this place. So convenient to everything, clean, friendly staff. The only thing I would change is the bed was a little hard in my opinion but even with that I would absolutely stay again

Both sets of staff are absolutely amazing. Breakfast was hot and very good. Lots of choices. The location is perfect. We were able to walk out and sit by the river for a bit. Overall fantastic stay!

The outside of the hotel is beautiful, the spot by the river is so peaceful. We had a 2 room suite that had a jacuzzi tub . There were 5 electrical outlets in the suite and only 2 of them worked . When my husband plugged his phone in 1 of them sparks came out of the outlet. The location of the hotel is perfect and the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. This hotel is in great need of a makeover. It's outdated and for the price of the rooms everything should work and be updated. Overall we had a good weekend but it would have been better with with these changes .

Easy check in! Friendly staff. Clean room and building. Convenient to Helen’s Main Street. We were on foot all weekend. Never moved the car!
