Staff were wonderful; kind and helpful. The whole hotel is in desperate need of maintenance, if not a full renovation. Peeling wallpaper, loose door handles, questionable stains on the wall, chipped and broken furniture and tiles, disgusting carpets, etc. I wouldn’t stay here again.

The carpeting in our room was stained and the bathroom toilet was nasty looking. There was a brown looking stain around the toilet tank. It was in room number 409. My husband just told me that there were also staining on the bed cover, I would have walked out if I saw that stained.

At the last minute, our son decided to stay at the hotel with us. Front desk was able to switch us from a king room to a two queens room right away, without question or added charge. The on-site restaurant was very good - we had a light dinner with drinks after checking in, and the breakfast was also good. Everything was comfortable and clean.

Had to ask them to come up and replace three burned out lightbulbs and had lukewarm water in shower. They did offer to move me to another room but I chose not to move.

The staff from the front desk personnel to the grounds personnel were some of the nicest people I’ve ever encountered.

Water pressure in shower was average and shampoo dispenser was empty. However, quiet and comfortable bed and room.Good air conditioning. Nice space with nice desk for work space. Nice chair in room for seating. Clean, we didnt have pets but saw pets and seemed pet-friendly.

The rooms need some upkeep/maintenance. Easy location within walking distance to many stores and restaurants. Easy on and off the exit from the highway. Staff are very friendly and accommodating.

This was one of the most pleasant and hospitable stays I have had in years. The staff was impeccable and I was checked up on numerous times during my stay. Outstanding hospitality and service!
