Bad night sleep
The staff were very courteous, present, and responsive even we had an issue. BUT the mattresses were horribly uncomfortable

The staff were very friendly, the property is well kept, and the on-site bistro that included a limited Starbucks menu was surprisingly good!
It’s close to the walkable and cute city center as well.

Convenient to Boise State. Fireplace going all day so comfortable. Granted a late check out since our flight was in the evening. So nice to have pump containers for shampoo, etc. maybe that’s the new norm!
