This is my over all favorite hotel to stay at when I'm in the Boise/Meridian area. The staff is very professional, polite and friendly and will go out of there way to make your stay very pleasant. The rooms are set up very nice and the amenities are great.

My room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable with cold A/C, a full-size fridge, stove, microwave, and cozy bed and pillows. Great setup for longer stays. The only downsides are that there is no airport shuttle or restaurant, but they do have snacks for purchase. Unfortunately, they do not provide receipts for snack purchases, which makes it hard to expense.

Terrible bedding and wet recently cleaned carpet…

Great maintenance and house keeping service.

We arrived to our room where the carpets had just been cleaned and were still wet. My socks were soaking. The beds were the worst I have ever slept in. I was literally in so much paint from the marshmallow mattress that I could not sleep and was in tears at 2:00 a.m. I attempted to sleep on the recliner, which stunk so bad of someone else’s body odor that that only lasted for about 30 seconds. My wife took the bedding off the beds at this point and we slept on the wet carpet between the two beds. I would not pay a dime to ever stay here again. Shame on you. This was our anniversary stay.Thanks for the memories.
