The lady that works at night the young Arab very rude overcharge you and very unprofessional the man there were great. I love the communication skills and the way they assist me. I was so comfortable with them, but the lady do not get anything from her. She will overcharge you and give you lots of attitude.

We didn't stay there, thre room was filthy ,stained sheets hair on the pillows , filthy bathroom , very poorly managed
We couldn't stay there disgusting situation, I had to look for another hotels after my 13 hours flight, I took pictures and will post them ,plus I lost money I wasn't refunded

The room was spotless. And the Staff was courteous.
The updated decor is modern and incorporated warm colors to complement the gray, white and black.

Stayed for one night only. Stay was ok except the room was not as clean as advertised. The bathtub had hair in it, the floor had hair and even the towels looked a bit dirty. The heat in the room also was not working I had to sleep with my jacket on.

At 3:00 till 3;30 am there was terrible loud noise come no from another room on our room on 3rd floor- sounded like a bunch of drunk women & loud music- very disturbing!!!!

We checked in late at night, I had called earlier in the day to let them know and had no issues. The staff was always friendly and very nice. It was very easy to find parking and to get around the hotel. The best part, the pool was actually warm!

Overall, it was a pleasant stay. The only issue we encountered was the poor sound insulation — we could clearly hear the noise from the street while sleeping.
