The window sheers were frayed and torn. The carpet was stained and the walls bybthe elevator were disgusting. I came in from a long day and helped myself to a complimentary cup of coffee staged in the hallway, only to pour a cup of cold stake coffee. There is no cook to order breakfast. Breakfast was no more than continental with the most rude attendant I have ever encountered. His attitude was abhorrent. This stay was subpar for an IHG hotel. My recommendation is to stay away. We checked out early with the promise of a refund for our last day. Based on this stay, I will stick with Hilton hotels.

Bed bugs in the room, i got bites all over me and then management asked us to leave instead of giving us a new room becasue of the bugs. We certainly didnt bring the bugs in. Theres multiple reviews recently stating bed bugs in rooms so the place obviously has an issue.

I had to find someone for the front desk to check us in, so that was a little annoying. I’ve always stayed at HIE and loved the comfort, cleanliness and sheets/pillows. This one seemed to be a little less than what I am used to - and I stayed at this specific one 2 years ago. Sheets weren’t as nice and soft. The carpets in the hallways were very dirty with stains. Over easy, was perfect for just a little overnight stopover. But it also advertises a bar which hasn’t been open in the last two years (that I know). I don’t even know if there is a breakfast that advertises made to order also.

The room was outdated but clean the staff was awesome however they advertised bar and restaurant will thats not true but for the money for a 1 day stay is insane breakfast was not included you have pay separately at lease they had breakfast and jackie was very nice and made sure at least the breakfast was hot thanks Jackie

我们住的是无障碍房间。床边的地毯脏得要命,就像有人出过意外一样。
