Shower in my room was lacking on water pressure - but I was too tired to call about it or change rooms

Kitchen is not clean. coffee ot was not clean. Water pressure at the kitchen sink and bathroom sink is very low. Very few utensil, 2 forks and 2 tea spoons. We'll not stay in this hotel again.

No cream for coffee condition of room, dirty counters and floors, sink in bath very very low water pressure stopped up sink in bath, heat wouldn’t come on had to get assistance. Very unsatisfied with my stay. Checked out early due to snow storm and hotel would not refund my money.

My rug was soaked the tv hardly works things falling off the wall it hit my foot and they would not do anything even called the customer service and they said they couldn't help and they said I would get my security deposit at check out and it's been over an hour plus they said they would reimburse my room payment

The room had a mildew smell and i ask for a receipt and was told it would be email. There was no staff behind the desk when we checked in and out had to wait.

Front desk staff was friendly, very accommodating, would stay here again, however took the top sheet off my bed as it had stains and so did two pillow cases.

This was not a safe place for a single woman traveling alone. The place is old, noisy and it felt uncomfortable I realized this as I was walking the long hallway on the 3rd floor ..and this Wa supposed to be the safer floor …!!!!

Great developing country vibe
The good: the shower was nice. Good water pressure and temp. Towels nice. Bed comfy. My room was quiet, but...
The not so good: Nasty, stained, worn out carpets throughout. Uncarpeted areas had sticky floors in room and common areas. There were rooms with loud music playing with the door cracked so everyone could hear it. Hallway trash needed to be changed; hallway smelled like Indian food. My room's loud A/C finally got my room to 71 degrees at about 2AM; I arrived at around 9PM. My room was heavily scented with cheap cleaning chemical fragrance--which is common when traveling internationally.
I literally had to rebuild my self-respect after my stay here.
