Staff was great. Ice maker in room didn't work and floor ice machine didn't work either. Had to go to the kitchen the next morning. Showerhead didn't work well.

Clean room, and spacious room that accommodated 4 adults and 3 small dogs. The food can use some upgrades but it was good for avoiding having to spend more money.

Most categories apply to the lack of trash pickup; outside containers were overflowing with trash all around on the ground. Indoor containers near elevators were overflowing the 2 days we we were there.
When we checked in to our room about 4 pm, someone had set the thermostat to 60; as we were expecting cold weather that night I set the system to heat @ 74 while we were out for dinner. When we returned about 9 pm the room was still less than 70 so I reported it the front desk, no action was taken.
We retired about 11 pm and the room was still not warm so we found a blanket in the closet and added it to the bed. The following morning, the room was only 70 so I again reported it to the front desk - "We don't have anyone on duty to check into it".
There are no instructions on how to use the cooktop in the kitchenette, never did get it to come on.

Staff was super friendly and accommodating. A plus there! Rooms were clean. Just a little bit dated so I only worth four stars.

The icemaker did not work, the bed was not very comfortable at all, and it was not as clean as I thought it should’ve been. However, the person working the front desk was very nice and really tried to help with any issues that we had.

房间有点旧，不过还好。我的床歪了，床垫也需要换了。枕头很棒，厨房也挺实用的。健身房也还行。
