Not happy with the room. The bed was too soft, comforter was lumpy. Room was decorated in a very modernistic way. But it just seemed tacky. The kitchen had no condiments at all, so if we had cooked, we would have had to go out and buy salt, pepper, sugar, etc. Ice maker was either disconnected or broken. Shower handle was attached incorrectly, it took forever to figure out hot water. Carpet felt damp.

Ms Kathy at the front desk was efficient , professional , friendly and made us feel welcome . She gave us a great first impression compared to the other shifts .
The breakfast crew did a great job making sure area was clean and well supplied . The cleaning crew was pleasant and accommodating
Beds were comfortable. Rooms clean .

Raymond was fabulous, welcoming and invited us to stay comfortable as we waited for our room to get finished up with housekeeping.
