In short, everything was adequate. Friendly staff, clean room, amenities in the room were great, and breakfast was included with good hours.

Unhappy customer
The walls were very thin I could hear everything upstairs and around me.
The phone in the room on two separate occasions rang only once . This scared me honestly don’t know why that would’ve even happened.
After two hours, I ended up checking out of the hotel room. Upon check out the two ladies at the front desk noted in the reservation granting a refund I said, since it was through a third-party, I’d have to reach out to the third-party. I have done that and however, I have yet to receive the refund. This is very disappointing and awful Customer Service.

Rooms have not been updated or touched up since 2001 or earlier. The rooms smell like mildew and maybe mold. The staff do not communicate with each other causing housekeeping to barge into rooms where people are asleep. It's not a high volume location which is why the quality is so low but that's no excuse to have low quality service.

A Very relaxing stay
Very nice stay,clean room and spacious bathroom. I was happy because it was the 1st time that I didn't feel like i had to clean anything.
I usually bring my cleaning supplies,mask, and gloves to every hotel we stay in, because the rooms,especially the bathrooms,aren't as clean as they could or should be.
It was very nice to come i to your hotel and not have to clean..🙂
So We stayed in Lake Wales because my fiancée had to have surgery the next morning at Advent Health hospital.
It took the stress out of driving from Sebring,where we live,an hour away.The lady that checked us in at the front desk, on Tuesday 8/12/25, around 5pm...she had blondish hair, she was super professional and she also had a great sense of humor. I told her the only reason that i had picked your hotel instead of the Holiday iNN Express across the street, was because your price dropped, (only a couple dollars) but it made me think. Ok ok someone is hustling trying to get the rooms sold out. I'm in. It was only a Couple of bucks... who cares.However,in a world full of hotels one of them, a Hampton Inn to boot, dropped their price?Wow, after an already discounted rate. Whoever dropped the rate $2 is genius, and will bring people in.
There was also a gentleman working the night shift or overnight shift on 8/12/25 about 12-1 am.He was very helpful as well. I was shocked to see an actual person at the front desk late at night.It made me feel safe. Most hotels don't have anyone at the desk anymore.Thanks!
首先要说的就是——干净！这家酒店虽然不新，但房间的每个角落都打扫得一尘不染。房间宽敞又安静，一旦进了屋就完全听不到其他客人的声音了。他们提供的所有服务都物有所值。
又脏又旧的酒店！逃跑！
逃离这家酒店！房间里有很浓的霉味，地毯上有很多污垢，包括到处乱扔的空啤酒罐、硬币、很多灰尘和霉菌！！！非常古老的家具！我们醒来时鼻子感到发炎，并且打了很多喷嚏！服务很差，人们不太友好，而且信息不灵通！
游泳池及其周围环境都很糟糕，一名工人用脏容器把游泳池里的水倒掉。
由于电力故障，电梯停运了。
没有空调，他们没有退还任何现金。
他们正在装修，酒店里有一股霉味，早上工人的噪音非常大。工作人员正在接受培训，他们很困惑
