The Hotel Staff & Breakfast Buffet was great.
The Riverview from my room on the 8th floor was beautiful, the cobwebs outside the window not so beautiful.
The room was ok, the sleeper sofa looked old and worn out. No glasses/cups in the bathroom. The carpet outside the room was stained. The green carpet inside the room was old and faded. Finally, the mattress on the bed was not comfortable and of poor quality and did not provide a restful sleep. I expected more for the price I paid.

Quick overnight trip. I like this hotel, even though a little more costly than others in the area, the made to order omelettes/pancakes/waffles along with bacon and sausage and the buffet can't be beat!! I will see you again :-)

Room had to be changed because of Heating system in room not working... inconvenant...
Breakfast was Good as usual. Bar was cool... at the reception, some older guy was just grabbing food of the counter with his Hands... nasty....dont agree with the parking fee , but it is what it is...Embassy Suites needs to make sure their propertys are all updated....

Millions of cigarette butts around the outside. Had to pay extra for parking. No free WiFi and the breakfast was cold and the staff closed it early. Won’t be back.

I called earlier in the day to inform the hotel we would be arriving later in the evening for a reservation we made back in July. Was told, thank you, appreciate the call and we will not give your room away. Upon arriving at 11pm, not only was our room given away, they did not have any more double rooms available. They only had 2 king rooms available and neither were cleaned. We had to wait for them to clean a room and then a family of 4 had to cram into a king bed and a pull out bed, which we all know how comfy a bar in the middle of your back is all night. There was mold in the shower, the carpet was beyond dirty and for the price, it was unacceptable. Finally by midnight we were able to get into our room, there was no offer of we will not charge you for cancelling, pretty much you have to wait. I was intending to stay another evening however, I found a better hotel for half the price across the river and moved my there. I was very disappointed in the service and the hotel overall. Definitely in need of a makeover!

Staff were quick to take care of issues as they arose. Tv was damaged prior to my arrival and not needed during my stay but the front desk was quick to make note to fix for next guest

I would come back, but they need to clean the hotel thoroughly. The carpets were stained , I'm pretty sure I saw black mold in my bathroom on the second day I was there, and some counter surfaces were just grimy. My keys never worked for the pool the whole 3 days I was there and they must have remade my keys at least six times. They kept saying they would reprogram the pool door but they never did.
There was some kind of police convention, many of whom were drunk and singing and chanting until at least 1:00 a.m. in the morning in the main seating area of the hotel that all of the rooms face.
Just do a better job of cleaning and I will be back.
