Our room at Lakelands Hilton Garden Inn was clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Their pet policy is why we won’t stay there again. Dogs barking and running up the hall is not the hotel experience we choose.

I have spent a lot of time in many different Hiltons for business. Lakeland employees were very hospitable , accommodating and always pleasant. Unfortunately the room did have a mildew scent to it along with stained carpets. Finding old crackers under the bed was not appealing. The worst was the mold around the bathroom vents pics are attached.

Felt like home with the friendly staff. Room was cozy and the bed was comfortable. I will stay here again. There was even a welcome message on my TV when I walked in the room

I travel for business and I will say, when I can stay here, I do! From the moment I walk in, I feel appreciated and welcomed back. Literally from walking through the door, although my app will open my door, they always have a key ready for me and I am greeted by all. Throughout the last month or so, I have stayed multiple nights and have encountered such a great crew...Francisca, Opal, Karen, Eszline, Hunter, Iman, Emily, Gabby, George, and Lexi. Also, the housekeeping and maintenance department! I hope I did not forget anyone but these staff members need to be recognized! I give them all a 5 STAR review. They will always go out of their way to make sure everything is perfect. I wish I knew everyone's name because they all need to be recognized!

We had a great experience here and will likely stay again. There is a spacious parking lot that is well lit and well maintained. The lobby was spotless and the employees were very friendly. We were able to check-in on time with no issues. Our room was clean and spacious. The air conditioning worked great. The bed was comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was fantastic, unmatched by anyplace we have stayed. The pool was a little small and got crowded with a couple little league ball teams that was there at the same time we were there. The location is a little out of the way of things but a couple minute drive got us to where we needed to be.

I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant, thanks to the friendly and attentive staff. My server, Deborah, was exceptional; she went out of her way to accommodate my gluten-free requirements. I also appreciated that Chef Kyle took the time to prepare a delicious gluten-free meal for me. Overall, their dedication to customer satisfaction made my visit enjoyable.

Great hotel! Breakfast omelette was delicious. Karen at the bar, Nick at the desk and the manager Scott were great to deal with. The jacuzzi could’ve been more full but it was still hot! It’s close to an airport and the restaurant was great for our family! We will return!

Our accessible stay was a bit of a mixed review. Mainly because we booked a accessible room, to which when we entered found that it smelled funky, and the shower room had the seat torn off the wall. Clearly they were doing renovations in the room and did not tell the reception staff about it. The staff were really helpful with this and did move us, and gave us a discount, but the new room we were given did not have an accessible bathroom. Luckily we were only passing through and it was late at night, so we just slept through till morning and left. But if my partner needed to use the bathroom they wouldn't have been able to. They did move a shower seat into our room, but we couldn't get it into the shower, the glass panel was too narrow and the accessible seat was too wide. Overall, I'm sure another hotel might have Ben more reliable with the accessible room.

I have written very complimentary reviews for this property over the past four years, always considering it "our home away from home' for softball tournaments. We stayed here about 6/7 times a year, booking some 20 rooms for 2 nights a weekend! Many other ball teams stayed here as well, so the location was perfect for all of us. All that has changed! I have very little to say in the way of compliments and I wish that wasn't the case. We were not greeted in any way that was outstanding and our usual bag of 2 complementary waters was not offered. Christmas music (if you can call it that!) was VERY loud in the lobby, and hallways, 24/7!!!!!!! The rooms no longer have phones (in case you need to call the front desk), nor was there a clock. We sat for a total of 40 minutes for our breakfast in the dining area, waiting for menus and made-to-order items to arrive at our table. There was a total of 10 people in the area during this timeframe....not busy at all, but seriously void of service. No coffee/tea was offered with cups....you had to get your own cup from the thermos at the coffee bar and take it to your table. I know that my observations and complaints won't have any effect on possible changes. It's obvious the problem stems from not having enough employees to do a specific job. Our long wait for breakfast stems from another department employee rising to the occasion to help, but it isn't enough. The cook couldn't follow our and another diner's simple breakfast requests....they left, and we should have as well! This was our last stay here....so sad to see the changes that have occurred It's like losing a dear friend.
