We appreciate you pointing out the Elevator certifications was expired, Unfortunately we had the wrong certifications displayed. The City of Elmhurst has certified all our elevators and the correct certification is in display now. Your comments have been shared with our Maintenance crew in an effort to have the necessary guidelines in place to avoid a similar occurrence in the future.

又冷又吵的噩梦
第一间房间在四楼，闻起来有股发霉的味道。酒店把我换到了七楼。房间里的窗户打不开，空调的噪音非常大。除了机器的噪音，还有暖气的响声。当我提高房间温度时，暖气就会打开，使机器噪音和暖气噪音一起变得更大。噪音太大了，即使我把它们关掉，机器噪音仍然断断续续地响着。天气太冷了，我根本睡不着。我洗澡的时候，水最多是温热的，最后我只能用冷水洗澡。万怡酒店的冷水淋浴。哇！大约一个小时后，水温恢复正常，而且很温暖。大楼尽头的电梯即使我按下七楼的按钮也不会亮，电梯检验证书两年前就过期了，但他们仍然贴着它继续运行。前台打电话给我，告诉我大楼里的所有房间都被一群团队预订了，我甚至无法换房间。我不想再来这里了。这是最差的酒店。请投资酒店设施和维护服务。
服务糟糕，淋浴无法使用
淋浴和浴缸无法使用/流水。深夜入住，第二天早上发现淋浴无法使用。工作人员没有提供任何帮助，只是说“你应该昨晚告诉我们，我们可以给你换一间房”。房间费用为 150 美元，这简直令人无法接受。仍在等待是否会退款，因为没有人能给出答案。
