Didn’t like our sea view as it was looking into a building that didn’t look great. Not sure if it’s had a fire or being renovated but wasn’t a great view. Everything else was perfect. Reception and bar staff brilliant.

Great stay on the beach
We came to Melbourne for a family wedding, we were very impressed with the hotel. The staff was very friendly and professional.

眼见不一定为实！！！
我们被匆匆赶出房间，他们闯了进来，我们明明请求他们给我们一点时间收拾行李和上个厕所。房间里还有蚂蚁。昨晚米歇尔帮我们办理入住时说会免除停车费，并免费延迟退房12小时。结果我到前台办理退房时，她却把所有费用都收了，而且前台和客房服务人员的态度都非常恶劣。当时酒店里几乎没什么人。
尽管我们六月份就预订了房间，但直到入住时才被告知阳台正在施工。无论是在海滩还是泳池边，整天都能听到钻孔和噪音，令人难以忍受。退房时被告知他们本来可以提供折扣，但由于我们是通过第三方预订的，所以无法提供任何优惠。为什么他们在入住时或入住期间没有主动提出任何补偿？此外，尽管我们告知他们我们没有车，他们还是收取了停车费；这个问题在退房时才得以解决。我们预订了早上5点的叫醒服务，但最终并没有出现，因为我们要赶早班飞机。

住在10楼——空调一开就跟飞机降落一样吵。一半的阳台都在施工——整天吵得人心烦！
空调很糟糕，房间里很热，淋浴水压很低，网络也连不上，浴室里还有虫子。
酒店不错，海滩很美。服务热情友好。推荐。
