Hotel is really run down. Half the chairs by the pool are broken. Pool needs to be resurfaced, was nervous of kids swimming and getting cut on cracked pool floor. Water was freezing, not heated.
Garbage cans and garbage around hotel was never picked up. Bags of garbage just laying around.
Toilet was broken, we didn’t even use and saw no water in toilet when we waked into our room.
Room looked nothing like the pictures online.
No toilet paper or towels in room when we checked in.
Bathroom ceiling was all cracked and peeling. Was gross.
But the worst part was the very very rude female receptionist. Never felt more unwelcome and uncomfortable. Rude comments and remarks every time we walked by. Gentleman receptionist was very nice and helpful.
Leaving early, this hotel is not worth the price when way better hotels nearby. Plenty of reasons to leave early but female receptionist was the main reason. Will never stay here again. Choose a different hotel.

This time i couldn't have breakfast ,
Everything was fine , onle one recommendation is on front desk they need to improve service ,
这个酒店给我们不好的感觉。前台接待员很不专业。房间里的衣架很少，让他送几个衣架，吹了三次，半夜才送了三个上来破衣架。然后就发现我的账单上被扣了26.86美金。而且我们的房间订的是包两份，早餐的前台告诉我们，因为厨师生病了，不提供早餐，也没有任何道歉和赔偿。
酒店不是很新/现代化
住宿体验还不错，但是他们应该彻底检查浴室的功能。
