Upon arriving the front desk staff seemed like we were an inconvenience, as they had to get off their personal laptop. After getting checked in we arrived at our room only to smell cigarette smoke in the hallway. I called the front desk and she said it was a non smoking hotel so it must have just been someone that came in from outside. After getting in our room about 15 later the smell permeated our room. Going back out in the hall it was clear it was coming from the room across from us. Called the front desk again and were rudely told well i can move you to a different room. I asked why do i have to move, why cant you deal with the smokers. She said well they might stop and then do it again during the night. How about make them leave. I can move you was the reply. We ended up moving rooms after lots of attitude from her. This room the lock on the door did not work. Overall the hotel was decent. However i will never stay agian because of the staff. I left a message the next morning for the manager to call me. I am writing this review because i have still never recieved a call.

It was my son’s birthday and it was amazing. The breakfast was actually really good for once for it being a hotel. Rooms were very clean and nice me and my family loved our stay and will be coming back!!

Room was very clean and comfortable, breakfast was good, large variety to choose from, however several of the elevators were out of order and we had to walk all the way across the hotel OR take the stairs with our luggage.

It was a quick overnight stay. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. Staff friendly and accommodating. Every area was clean and updated!

Had a wonderful rest.

It was pet friendly, room was very spacious, very quiet. Room and beds were very comfy and clean. Only thing is we found a pair of dirty underwear behind the tv.
