The rooms were great, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious much to pick from, made to order omelette. Will definitely return and recommend.

This is a dated high end hotel. This means that it is very nice and a great value for the price. The reception and breakfast add $50 EASILY to the value. They charge for parking $12.50 which is weird. But overall excellent value

Only problem we had were the pillows. Very flat and not supportive. Other than that, food was great. Room was very clean.

Staff was very friendly, and I appreciated that my room was cleaned and restocked with fresh towels. I really enjoyed the custom omelet bar and the fitness center. It was disappointing that the treadmills didn't work on one day and the staff had to wait for maintenance to come in for the day before being able to fix. Since they all went out at the same time it seems like a fuse had blown and they could have flipped a switch or pushed a button to fix. I found another option for cardio, but did see several people walk out.

When I checked in to this hotel after travel traveling 8 1/2 hours I realized that the hotel was also housing people. There was people everywhere that were apparently living there.
We couldn’t use the hottub or pool because they were filled with these kids that were living there.
2 of the 3 elevators were not working
AC did not work at it was 77 in our room but they did he that fixed with the maintenance guy.
Would not stay here again or recommend

I didn’t know about parking fees until check-in. The shower had hair in it, there is a gap between the door (entrance to room) and the floor, and the fitness room needs cleaned. In the two days of my stay I didnt see anyone in the pool or hot tub, then I looked at reviews and maybe that's why.

The breakfast menu was decent but they could give more options. Kitchen staff was awesome.
