Cleanliness and amenities were great! Staff was friendly and quick with service provided. The only complaint, but important, was that the bed was very firm and a bit uncomfortable.

The front desk staff was friendly and promptly checked me in. My room was clean and stocked well, though I found it very odd to have the coffee maker in the restroom. I opted not to use it as it felt unsanitary. The pool was nice, but seemed to be overly chlorinated which made it difficult to stay in the pool room for an extended period of time. Breakfast at Hilton is always disappointing so I won’t hold that against this hotel. They seemed to serve what was standard, but it’s just not very good. I would prefer a sandwich over those cheese omelets.

The breakfast that we partook of was so subpar we left 95% of it on our paper plates. It was the only thing about our stay that was not excellent. If you want to serve breakfast and you can't justify the expense, cut out the horrible omelet, the fake bacon and the disgusting potatoes and just serve fresh muffins, bagels, coffee, fruit and so forth. The breakfast was so bad we were truly surprised because everything else about our stay was outstanding.

Even though we upgraded to a King Suite, there was one single chair for relaxing, and a chair for the desk. I was expecting a loveseat or something of the like to accommodate more than one person. Based on the space there, it looked like a loveseat might have been removed for some reason. Just not a comfortable room to relax in for 2 people.
