The two front desk staff were very nice. They tried to address my issues. The elevator was broken, which was problematic due to my health challenges. The comforter was dirty. The carpet was poorly vacuumed. The curtains were not hung properly. However, the two staff members were very helpful and polite. Housekeeping needs much more improvement considering the price.

Clean and comfortable with great amenities and staff. However you have to go to the front desk and ask them to let you into the pool area because the door won’t accept anyone’s room key. It’s embarrassing to walk into the lobby in a bathing suit. Hopefully this gets fixed soon.

We stayed during Labor Day weekend and the hotel was under construction. We were there to celebrate with family and friends and had late nights that we were hoping to use the hotel to catch up on sleep. Unfortunately, the workers started at 9 am waking us earlier than we wanted. The work felt unsafe also as the only entrance was blocked off. Finally, lights in the parking lot never came on, so at night it was difficult to find a spot with the construction vehicles and debris everywhere.

Property was under construction, but for the most part, everything was nice clean breakfast was good area was clean. Staff was very pleasant and nice. Her name was Jamie I think.

Undergoing renovations but was still a high price. Bathroom clogged, weird orange fluid on the walls, lobby leaking, smelled moldy in the hotel, and the pool didn’t have lights in it so was dark and small and uninviting. Otherwise it was quiet and the beds were pretty comfortable. I wouldn’t stay here again for the price we paid.
