酒店回复: Thank you for your feedback. I understand your frustration with the early check in fee when trying to check in at 12:20pm. We were happy to check you in early (at 1pm versus our 3pm published check in time) with no fee. I am glad you were able to take advantage of the complimentary WiFi in the lobby in the meantime. I am sorry you found the hotel to be dirty and the state of the door; this feedback has already been passed onto our Housekeeping and Maintenance teams in order to remedy quickly. Thank you for taking the time to review the hotel.

I could not ask anymore from a hotel. It had everything! Staff very friendly, they gave my wife a free snack on her birthday.

Property was great and EVERYONE we met on staff was absolutely terrific. We'll stay here again when we're in the area.

This property is old and needs to be renovated. The carpet in the room should be replaced. Also, the chair and table in my room near my bed was outdated and should be replace. The staff was nice but I will not stay at this hotel again.

Good location, lots of restaurant option around and in walking distance. Freshly renovated. Super comfortable beds. Big plus is the smart TV with alle the streaming providers pre-installed.

圣诞节那天，我们带着两个孩子长途旅行后，上午 11:30 到达酒店。我们需要办理入住手续，为聚会做准备，我们被告知提前入住需支付 50 美元的费用。大堂空无一人，很多房间都准备好了。这个地区有很多酒店。找到一家适合付费客户的酒店更容易。
