Not quite spotless.
Surprised breakfast was not included . Makes a big change in the daily room rate

The breakfast bar did not have items that I prefer for breakfast. The bathrooms bath tub had been painted over and rust was showing under the peeling process. The carpets need to be shampooed.Did not have a pleasant order in the room. The lobby however was more maintained and appealing.

Room had trash left behind. The hotel was not as nice as I expected, especially since 'Hilton' is in the name. I paid for breakfast and it was actually pretty bad. Probably the least appealing food I've seen served at a hotel anywhere. Breakfast attendant had an attitude. She served me coffee in a dirty cup.

Understand all tge ratings being 8’s.
Looking forward to having the updating completed.

Didn't have breakfast but dinner was underwhelming. The place seemed tired.
The bathroom smelled moldy, but looked clean.

Room was not clean, jacuzzi had a dirt ring around it, at breakfast was served raw fried chicken with my waffle, housekeepers didnt come to clean my room or bring fresh towels and toiletries. Then on top of that the air conditioner wasnt cooling room,it got up to 77° in that room. Ive stayed at this location several times in the past and everything was great...this time was horrible...not what im use to.!!!

The hotel is old and tired. You are revamping the exterior but you should be starting with the interior. The room we stayed in had a bathtub that the floor was peeling and did not feel good to take a shower in. You provided a lotion container on the wall, which is great, but it was empty. Bed was squeaky. Breakfast was not included so we went somewhere else.

We loved our stay. The bar was a bit pricey, but that can be expected. The lady at check in was exceptional as was the bar tender.

Outdated with no chargers anywhere. I travel quite a bit and this was a really big inconvenience. Room was not very clean, my to go food melted the container and fell out the bottom. I pick Hilton more times than none but this Overall probably the worse experience I have had in a Hilton.
