The room was good but there was only one trash can in the whole room and it was tiny. They had 3 nice size bath towels but only one washcloth in the entire room. I am all about conserving and reducing waste but one washcloth was a little ridiculous.

The hotel was a little out of the way. Some of the front desk staff left a little to be desired. Disappointed that room requests were promised and then not given due to Bonvoy requests coming first - even though I am a bonvoy member

No staff cleaned the room at all during the stay. Did not have any food whatsoever. The towel bar fell off the wall on the last day there as well. Had to go get our own towels from the desk every day.

Not impressed by the condition of the room. The drawers of the dresser were unusable and the front of one fell off. Paper on the wall in the bathroom was coming off. The walls seem very thin as we could hear way too much of the people next to us.

It was a very sketchy location surrounded by some other run down hotels and an abandoned mall. I looked outside a window and saw a man peeing in the trees who was from the hotel next door. There was no breakfast in the morning as I expected there to be at 8 am when we checked. The rooms were "ok" in cleanliness. I would not stay here again.
