What really made this stay wonderful was staff. They made us feel welcome from the minute we stepped in the door. Friendly smiles, welcoming conversations and great recommendations for activities. I'd specifically like to thank Tyler for going above and beyond for making us feel welcome and relaxed after a long drive. The hotel was clean, it was quiet and had a sneakily good breakfast! World class! Will stay again.

Great stay
Breakfast was very good for hotel. The lady overseeing it was on top of keeping things filled and clean. Desk staff super friendly. Neat little gaming room with a pool table. Comfortable and clean. Shampoo smells great. My only complaint is that the remote didn’t change the channels on the remote (It would only turn volume up and tv on and off)

Wonderful Stay
I Was A Little Nervous When I Seen Sleep Inn but it was a very Nice hotel. Everything was clean. Employees were helpful. Breakfast was one of the best I had at a hotel. Clean pool . Anytime I visit Jacksonville this is where I’ll be staying.

The stay from hell that invaded my privacy
I checked in with my family for the State Fair we left the hotel about 4 and when we returned at 11 my room was wide open when I came into the hotel I grab the manager and advise of what has happened nd they act like it was my fault there was no rooms available to change rooms so my family was disrespected and it was nothing i could do so now I have my mother and daughter that are terrified…talked to the manager and all he could say is it’s a good coaching moment wow so I just walked out

This was a really nice hotel for just a night's stop. It was clean, quiet, modern and spacious. The breakfast was delicious and had many great choices.
My only issue was that the wifi makes you watch an ad before accessing and does it almost every time you try to access it.
I would stay there again!

Impressive Hotel
This was the 1st time I've stayed in a Sleep in and I was EXTREMELY impressed! The Hotel was extremely clean, beds were very comfortable, staff was very friendly and helpful with directions. The breakfast was good with a lot of variety! Although we didn't use the pool or workout areas they both looked very clean and nice. Will definitely be looking at other Sleep Inns as I travel.
