Had to go to the desk 4 separate times before I could get a remote for the tv in the room. Not a big deal, but something simple that could’ve been fixed easily

Liked everything about hotel but the price of breakfast at $14.95 was too expensive when you can get similar breakfast for free at another hotel.

Check in great! Accommodating in my request of a room withoutprior pet in it. why don’t hotels ensure that they have rooms for guests that has not had a pet in it… for multiple reasons.
all staff were great. comfortable bed ,like the walk-in shower.
like the new hotel and cleanliness but the room AC/heat unit clicking on and off kept me awake at night.

Everything was great except, the elevator took far too long to come when summoned. It was very slow. Also, parking is shared with a retail village with restaurants so you may have to park a block away.

Valet should not be so pricey, but every thing else was amazing! Staff was so friendly and helpful
