There was no lobby. The entire hotel was a construction zone. My room was deteriorated and safe did not work.

Staying at the hotel was not a good experience since one of the staff was very rude and they gave false advertising and guaranteed to the CAHEA conference which I was attending.bwe were promised free breakfast which never happened and that was an additional cost that we never budgeted for. I will never stay here again due to the fact they are not true to their word and the staff was very rude when we were trying to get information regarding to the brea. We had proof from the conference package which stated free breakfast and they still completely disregarded us.

Great stay, good laundry and dry cleaning service, great food, close to mall within walking distance, great service in general.
出差我都会选这家。酒店是国际标准，每个地方都很干净，房间也很舒适。工作人员很友好，食物也很棒。
好吧，我当时去的时候正好碰上大堂区域进行全面维修，他们派了个武装人员把这些区域都关闭了。我之前对包含的早餐有点不满，虽然最终解决了，但我住的7晚里有3晚不含早餐，所以我只能点菜支付。
