Yes, very clean they organized and cleaned our room multiple times a day.
They could’ve had more restaurants open.
Some music down at the pool would’ve been nice. Apparently we went during their lowest season and it was only about 5 to 10% occupied so it was pretty quiet.
There was a minor construction that disrupted our afternoon one day with some very loud pressure washers.
It’d be nice if they had a club with music and dance floor . but they did upgrade us when we got there to a better room with an ocean view. I was very appreciated of that.

We had minor issues with AC being always on, and the thermostats not kicking in. There was also a clog in the AC unit and cause leaking from the ceiling.
The road to the resort needs work. There is a 10 minute stretch that’s really nerve wracking if you are coming in for the first time when it’s dark, and you worry about the damage to the vehicle.
Other than that, it’s a great place and does deserve all the 5-stars.

我们在瓜纳卡斯特 JW 万豪度假酒店的住宿简直完美！酒店漂亮且维护良好，员工友好，食物美味，游览组织有序且有趣。我们的房间每天都会打扫和重新整理，我们很高兴想到预订一间带海景阳台的客房。每晚的日落都是不容错过的盛事！此外，蜿蜒的无边泳池足够大，可为客人提供不同程度的享受。泳池一端的水上排球比赛没有引起想在另一个区域安静放松的客人的注意。

在 JW 万豪酒店住了整整一周，和家人（妻子和两个女儿，10 岁和 11 岁）度过了一段非常愉快的时光。酒店的游泳池、海滩、工作人员、停车场和房间都非常棒。但真正的唯一缺点是，即使对于一个为自己做得很好的人来说，食品价格也太疯狂了，而且选择非常平庸。火腿三明治要 24 美元，汉堡要 26 美元，鸡肉条要 22 美元，如果你想在意大利自助餐厅吃饭，平庸的意大利面和披萨每人要 50 美元……我听说这个国家可能很贵，但这实在是太荒谬了。
