The staff were all very friendly. The breakfast was good and I enjoyed the added benefit of a drink at the bar in the evening.

Housekeeping was terrible. I noticed the room hadn’t been vacuumed, but I let that go. The toilet had to be repaired. I let that go because these things happen, but I finally lost it when I discovered I hadn’t received replacement coffee cups and the glass that I used on my first night was still there dirty on the third night. I called down to housekeeping and they said that they would bring up a clean glass and fresh coffee cups and coffee pods. They never showed up. I had to wonder whether anything had been cleaned or if they just came in and made up the bed and left. Very disappointing.

我们到达时房间还没准备好，所以他们不得不重新布置整个房间。请注意，当时是下午5:30。之后我们拿到了521房间的钥匙，我妻子去查看房间，结果发现房间里住着一家人……我们拿到了错误的钥匙，也拿到了错误的房间。走进一个挤满了人的房间，真是太尴尬了。我妻子问发生了什么事，他们才说哦，原来是一群“威廉姆斯”住在这里。真是可笑。
我们是希尔顿荣誉客会会员，从未有过如此糟糕的入住体验。我们花了将近300美元，结果却如此糟糕……真是浪费钱。
这家酒店简直就是个垃圾场！省省钱吧。酒店很旧，所有房间都很脏，我换了好几个房间，都一样。超级脏，超级旧，差到我以后都不会再推荐这家酒店了。
一切都很棒。迎宾饮品很贴心，环境也很干净，员工超级友好。满分10分！我肯定会再来的，并且100%推荐！
