Nice property although not walkable anyplace other than to the hotel next door. Very clean and modern facility. Convenient as long as one isn’t walking.

Room was fine , hotel lobby was clean and check in was quick and staff was nice. Only issue was the hotel lost power in middle of night and we had to get up early to catch flight and had to get ready in dark room. Hopefully they comp us a free night or discount for the inconvenience.

Breakfast was ok but price has increased. I decided to go to the nearby Whole Foods. Coffee was weak.
Front desk wasn't completely polite when I arrived and couldn't explain the fee added to the room price.

Refrigerator broke. Had to put ice in overnight as maintenance could not come till next day our food was ruined and they did not offer any discount for our inconvenience Staff was nice about it I would stay here again due to this lack of service and understanding of our loss.

Property very nice and staff friendly and accommodating however our refridgerator was faulty. In cabinet with no ventilation and when we opened the wood door several hours later a whoosh of vey hot air came out at us, top of fridge was HOT to the touch. Front desk told me to unplug it was hard to get to but did it. Said maintenance could not come until morning. Did offer for usto come downstairs to put all our food in their fridge but it was 10-11 at night and we were already in Our pajamas and din not want to unpack it and even if we wanted to move all our food how would we have carried it all down 3 floors. So we just filled bags with ice and put in there. I d leaked all over and Food was ruined in morning would not eat meat and eggs that felt warm. I know this can happen but at check out all she said was sorry…we did offer for you to bring your food down….REALLY!!!! Did not offer even a penny discount which I feel we should have gotten something. I specifically picked this hotel for the fridge Very disappointed with this Would not stay there again dispute to their lack of concern. We had to throw away our food I will be placing a phone complaint direct to manager at hotel and hope to get some kind of refund, at least for the cost of our ruined food

非常糟糕的体验……全天停电……电梯也用不了……只能爬楼梯……晚上11点以后才办理入住，等了2个小时……完全不满意……要求退款
地理位置优越。环境安静，但靠近许多商店和餐厅。停车位充足。房间大小适中，床和枕头舒适。浴室狭小拥挤。早餐还可以，但真的没什么特别的。我们在同一家连锁酒店的其他酒店吃过更好的早餐。
整个酒店都很棒。我们非常喜欢。一切都非常舒适。我一定会再次入住。
住宿环境很好，停车方便，感觉很放松。但因为交通上离此行目的地-西北大学太花时间，远超过原先的预估，使得原本想住宿三晚，临时更改为一晚。下次若有机会到这附近会选择这间饭店，附近有大型商场，逛街购物都很方便，很有度假的感觉。
