The room was very clean and smelled nice. It was spacious and four people had plenty of room to move around. Bed was very comfortable. Will definitely book again.

Great place before moving your kids to UT
Great place to stay, near Knoxville and the University of Tennessee to move your kid into school. It was a quick 10-15 minute drive to campus, the breakfast was excellent, and the place was clean. The only problem was that, many others had the same idea and stayed here, but their parking lot was full.

We really enjoyed our stay. The place is very clean. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. The complimentary breakfast was great. Fresh and hot food with a great selection. Coolest part was their pancake machine. And definitely try the orange infused water. It was a great experience and we will stay again.

我正在房间里休息，突然有位女士拿着钥匙走进我的房间。不知怎么的，前台忘了我刚刚入住房间，把房间给了别人。我投诉时被告知管理层会联系我，但他们从来没有联系过我。当晚晚些时候，我回到房间，发现钥匙不能用了。我不得不回到前台拿新钥匙。我的第一个念头是又有人住进了房间。谢天谢地，这并没有发生。我再次向前台投诉，但还没有收到管理层的回复。
孩子们很喜欢游泳池，但水对我来说有点太冷了。早餐不错。住宿很安静。员工很友好。淋浴间本来可以清洁得更好，因为淋浴间悬挂的洗发水瓶上有头发，但总的来说，我会再次入住。
