This was an emergency stay. We could not keep driving in a snow storm and wanted to take shelter. We were so glad we did. We were also glad to have found this gem! Clean, friendly staff, clean, great food and bar, clean and quiet! Even though they were hosting a wedding reception! We will be recommending this best western to all of our family and friends.

Property definitely needs an upgrade. Carpet needed to be cleaned. I wore socks at all times.

beds were not that comfortable and there is absolutely nothing to do in this area. However, Perkins across the street was a great option for dining.

Restaurant was great. Food was great and the service was great. The young man at the front desk was also great! Always appreciate a friendly smile and some good witty banter and jokes!

Very nice three night stay.
Friendly staff and the pool area was nice. Ping pong table was nice over a 3 day stay. The Green Mill restaurant is nice too.

很不好的体验，通过携程预付预订，2天2300多元，还不含早餐，入住时前台照样给了账单，而且还询问是否用我的信用卡划账，经过沟通后不用收费。入住才知道房间只有一扇对着健身房不能开的窗。
退房前，服务再次把打印好的账单从门缝塞进来，结果我又到前台说明才避免了重复支付。
更气的是账单的价格只有1700多元，与我携程预付订的少了600元，携程是不是太不厚道了。
旁边的速8含早餐才500多元一晚，差异太大了。
这种价格，这种服务，携程是不是该退我钱呀。
酒店里的气味让我难以入睡，头痛得要命。第一晚还不错，但接下来的两晚让我恨不得换家酒店或者睡在车里。酒店太冷了。这可能是我四年来住费尔蒙以来最糟糕的一次住宿。我一定要换家酒店。
