位置很好
设施老旧，床单上有旧血渍。可能通过携程预订的客人，不会给好房间。第一个房间靠近电梯厅，屋顶还有什么设备，噪音很大，保险柜没电不能使用。换了房间后保险柜居然也没电不能使用。
服务态度很好行李箱不小心锁住打不开帮我们解决了问题
我们在起亚中心住了一晚，参加一个活动。房间很漂亮，我们很喜欢游泳池，餐厅的菜品和服务也不错。酒店有去起亚中心的班车，我强烈推荐乘坐，因为酒店位置不太好。我们被收取了双倍停车费，退房时我们告诉前台工作人员，她说可以取消这笔额外费用，但没有取消。后来我给酒店打了电话，被安排等待，对方就再也没来。我又打了回去，被告知要给经理发邮件，要求退还额外的停车费。我对酒店糟糕的客户服务非常失望，因此我无法给出更好的评价。
房间有点老旧，需要翻新一下。淋浴时浴缸会积水（排水很慢）。空调制冷正常，但噪音很大。阳台不能坐也不能站，只是摆设。阳台的门从房间内锁着，没有钥匙无法打开。
房间很干净，床很舒服。
这次是一次宅度假，为了去听一场音乐会。一切都非常顺利，一切都触手可及，易于管理。我们安排了班车往返，比等优步方便多了。以后如果有机会去奥兰多市中心参加活动，我一定会再来这里。
