As it sounds as this was an isolated incident, we can assure you we are meeting all brand standards with parking lot lots as well. As this is the first complaint of such.We can recommend the studio or two-bedroom suites for those that are more sensitive to sound, since the AC is located in the bedroom in the one-bedroom suites. I do want to thank you again for your feedback and truly sorry we couldn't meet your needs.

1st time staying at a Residence Inn. Nice place. Only problem is the A/C unit is LOUD. Sounds like an airplane taking off.

Staff was very friendly
Room was super clean and smelled very fresh bed was comfy!
Pool and hot tub were clean and quiet
The breakfast buffet was pretty good as well
I thought I left something behind and the property manager reached out to me very quickly so A+ in communication as well.
I would definitely stay here again!!!

Close to UCF!! Very kind at check in
Hotel is clean and breakfast was decent!! Would highly recommend this to anyone, moms visiting UCF alone, this is a very convent place to stay!!

Great value for your money
The room was large and had a full kitchen. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Stayed for my son’s graduation from UCF and it was very convenient and close to university.
