As you can see from other reviews this is not typical of our sevrice, and we truly apologize it occurred during your stay, As we are storming the outer bands of the tropical storm, unwanted pests can also find there way into the hotel. Please rest assure we take these claims very seriously and a third-party pest control was able to confirm there are negative findings in these rooms. 酒店回复: We are sorry to hear we did not meet your expectations in our newly renovated suite, this includes the AC system. As it sounds as this was an isolated incident, we can assure you we are meeting all brand standards with parking lot lots as well. As this is the first complaint of such.We can recommend the studio or two-bedroom suites for those that are more sensitive to sound, since the AC is located in the bedroom in the one-bedroom suites. I do want to thank you again for your feedback and truly sorry we couldn't meet your needs.

The room was clean and it smelled good. We loved the layout of the room as well. I loved that check out time is at 12pm. We didn't feel rushed and anxious as we do with other hotels. The breakfast was just ok, it could be better. All on all we were comfortable and our stay was great.
