Little America in Flagstaff is simply outstanding..The room was spacious, clean, and elegant. 5he staff is super friendly. The territory around the hotel has many walking tracks and is very green.

They had insufficient staff for the valet parking. We waited for half an hour to be able to exit our car. Once we got in, we found the facility to be very nice and the staff to be friendly.

Very nice place to stay for the big dam bridge 100 bike race. The valets took great care of getting our cars in and out, but I wanted to especially mention Michelle who checked us in Friday night and then checked us out Saturday morning. She went above and beyond with friendliness and a wonderful attitude!

The facility is a huge hotel. Lots of nice amenities. Rooms are spacious and clean. The staff was helpful.

Everything was great except for the room temperature. The motion sensor thermostats guaranteed that we would return to our room being 85 degrees in the middle of summer. While the room cooled down while we were up and moving around (took about 2 hours), the bed was still lava hot when it was time to go to sleep since it had baked in the heat all day long. Additionally, the A/C would turn off in the middle of the night due to the motion sensing. After spending ~$200 per night, we expect to be able to sleep comfortably by setting a comfortable temperature in our room. Please cut costs elsewhere. There is no point in renting a hotel room that you cannot sleep in. We are very tired from sleeping badly all weekend and will not be returning.
