人生酒店之一,得知我们是来度蜜月给我们房间准备了装饰,结婚照片也是酒店打印出来的~服务超级好,一个眼神就知道我们的需求!一定会再来单位!
整体住下来有些失望。 首先checkin的时候告知room ready后会打电话或email告知,但等到下午五点也没有收到任何消息。
入住后 发现房间里只给了一套牙具…这个错误有些低级了。再有酒店的沙滩椅居然要花钱才能享受….
总体真的很无语。
这家酒店棒极了,无论是地理位置、对细节的关注还是服务都无可挑剔。尽管我们入住期间正值戛纳国际创意节,酒店非常繁忙,海滩也关闭了,但工作人员还是竭尽全力地满足我们的需求,确保我们拥有一次愉快的入住体验——而事实也确实如此。
进房间全程有管家陪同,详细介绍酒店房间设施。
景色一级棒,有阳台,面朝大海,设施齐全,冰箱内软饮啤酒全部赠饮,太赞了。

酒店地理位置绝佳,马路对面就是它的私人海滩(使用日光浴椅需额外付费)。提供代客泊车服务,员工非常乐于助人。餐厅的食物有待改善……
酒店一开始出了点小问题,但他们完美地弥补了。酒店、服务和房间都非常棒。绝对的五星好评!

有沙滩,孩子喜爱。Regent晚餐时候居然停电一小时,房间送来了很多饮料和复活节彩蛋,巧克力味道不错。因为是白金会员,所以我在IHG和携程上各订了一间房。对比停电投诉处理的方式,明显携程反应更迅速,更积极,承诺若再持续停电立即为我更改其他同类型酒店。措施有实际行动,值得信赖。反观IHG会员欧洲热线投诉后,说会了解情况,然后回拨我,然后就没有然后了。酒店很多Housekeeping 都是非裔或穆斯林,但是服务真的很好,值得推荐,更值得表扬携程!所以我给五分。
