Clean room and clean hotel breakfast was good except the juice machine was broken. Otherwise it was a great stay. Delicious coffee also served all day long fresh roast.

A very warm and accommodating staff. The hotel is clean and quiet, beds are comfortable. The breakfast buffet has a variety of healthy options, including some fresh fruit, nondairy options, a lovely selection of teas. I will stay here anytime I travel to Oak Ridge

Nice hotel in quaint area
Came in late in the pouring rain so just went to bed but breakfast buffet was missing potatoes and u need a starch!!! Like was pictured in ur photos

Nice stay and location
Stayed here for one night that was fully booked. It was quiet, looked to be well maintained and the breakfast was ample. Would consider staying there again if in the area.

Short on staffing. Did not honor our reservations for 2 queen bedroom. They Upgraded us to a King with sleeper. Well they assumed 2 adults is a married couple, while in fact, we were not. Anyway, I felt bad for the lady working the desk. There was very obnoxios family group that was out of control and making noises well past midnight! So again, no staff to help shut down that type of activity. Just poorly managed facility.
